We look at the state of the Lions with a look at the playoffs, and examine the QB situation in Minnesota (03:40) after Josh Dobbs threw *four* interceptions against the Bears. We also take a look at the long-awaited return of Justin Jefferson and the state of the defense (08:55) under Brian Flores. We marvel at Lamar Jackson's rushing record (11:00) and the textbook mediocrity of the Los Angeles Chargers. Justin Herbert deserves better. The Steelers finally made a coaching change (13:40), and the AFC North should be competitive down to the wire. The Niners look better than anyone, and we preview their matchup agains the No. 1 seed Philadelphia Eagles (16:46). We hype up Jalen Carter's attempt to intercept a spike, and talk about Mac Jones getting benched—again (21:00). Plus, Tommy Devito might have *gestures in Italian* "it." Devon wonders if the Panthers could win their way out of the No. 1 Draft spot under a new coach, and we talk through the hair-trigger approach to employment under David Tepper. Alex tells the owner to take a look in the mirror (29:20). We start to give some flowers to the Broncos and Colts (s/o Peyton Manning), and give our predictions for the playoff teams (32:38) as the season nears the end. We're split on the NFC Wild Card teams, but the division winners seem set in stone. How could the Bills, Bengals, and Jets miss the playoffs? Well, Devon never believed in the Jets, anyway.
