She is a mother, an explorer of Consciousness & Human Potential, a Holistic Medicine Doctor, High Performance Coach and author to name a few. Dr. Edith has been focusing our potential and how we translate that into new paradigms in education, parenting and community building, specifically.

The ladies talk about the importance of basic things like breathing, walking barefoot, checking in with life’s rhythms, listening to oneself. They all agree on how simple it can all be, and how inefficient things can be when the alignment is not there.

Dr. Edith shares her experience with a life changing meditation retreat and how everything shifted after that. Soon after she also had her first encounter with her first born boy, and life has never been the same.
