We Are Meant to Be the Light

How do we live in a world that feels this dark…

especially when so much feels uncertain?

Isaiah writes,

“I will give you as a light to the nations.” (Isaiah 49:6)

The darkness we’re facing now—

uncertainty, hardship, injustice—

it isn’t new.

It was present in the time of Isaiah.

It was present in the time of Jesus.

And it is present now.

So much darkness.

And still—each of us carries light.

And when we let that light be seen,

even in small ways,

the darkness does cannot hold.

And when we share that light together,

something begins to shift. 

Not all at once—

but truly.

So how do we face the darkness?

By being the light.
