1 Corinthians 13:8-13 / While studying spiritual gifts, we have learned
that charitable love is necessary if we hope to be of any use at all to
God’s mission. Charity is more important than our ability to exercise our
gifting or our identity in ministry. With those thoughts in mind, the
Apostle Paul reveals to us that in fact, some of the spiritual gifts were
meant to be temporary and would one day be replaced by something more
perfect and complete. In this sermon we discover what that means and what
it looks like to truly prioritize eternal things as we minister the gospel.
