Today is another raw talk about real stressors and where we need to be releasing control and giving ourselves grace. 

There’s an issue I thought I’d never encounter- the issue of mental health. 

Times have come where I’ve been down on my knees overwhelmed about I don’t know what. Everything. Nothing. School. Theatre. Time… health. 

I have a tough time trusting God sometimes; maybe I strive too much to earn my way to Heaven when I truly do not need to. 

Maybe I’m trying to control exactly what I cannot.

 And maybe you are too. 

My prayer is that you can relate and take heart in your own personal trials.
