After a mysterious accident on the school playground, the doctors put Emma into an induced coma. Her parents, Brent and Amy, are desperately trying to make sense of the situation, as the red flags point more and more towards a conspiracy. Now they are being asked to sign legal papers agreeing to a hugely invasive brain operation on their nine year-old girl. It's a huge decision to make, especially when they think they are being lied to.
