We are One in Christ. Being one means being united. Being does not mean there is no disagreement. We are united in purpose, but our approaches might differ. We must not allow our differing approaches make us believe we are not one. The main purpose we gather in Church is to teach, to preach and to heal. Our approach to these or the sequence of the operations might differ. The purpose of God for us the Church of Jesus Christ is one, but our approaches to that purpose might differ. As Christians, we are One, irrespective of our different denominations and approaches. May the Lord help us to stay as one in Him.
