Working hard is not enough to get into leadership.  Leadership requires knowledge that is shown in working hard and being productive.  Often the opportunity to lead is provided to those who have shown that they are able to provide guidance to the those leaders who they are working with and building repour with them.  becoming a leader is work.   at the end the day often if you has aspirations of leadership there is more that need to be done.  Working with a leadership coach can help you gain the skills needed to reach leadership within an organization, along with that we need to recognize that women are wired different than men, so women lead differently than men, that style is not wrong it is just different from how often men how leaders need to act.  We will often see that the difference is good, and allows women who are leaders to be seen as a real leader.
