WEARETHECHOSENHIP HOP SOUL ROCK REGGAELUTIONARY BAND
WeAreTheChosen is a genre defying band that has been performing
together since 2008. Hailing from Brooklyn, NY and New Jersey, the
group consists of six talented musicians:
MrGoldenchild – Lead Vocals/Emcee
HiCoup – Emcee
Poet – Drums
Young Natty – Bass
Gregg Green – Rhythm Guitar
Lucien Smith – Lead Guitar
The group's repertoire combines elements of hip-hop, jazz, funk, rock, and reggae,
creating a unique musical experience that is sure to get any crowd
moving. Since forming, the band has toured extensively throughout the
US, playing at various music festivals, clubs, and Battle of the band
contests, going on to win the Bambu's Battle of the Bands showcase in 2009. They have recently released a hit single, Lonely Rebel, with a critically acclaimed music video available on all digital streaming platforms. Be on the lookout for the band's full length album, WeAreTheCHOSEN, set for global release on 4.20.2023. Their high energy live shows are known for their improvisational nature making each performance a unique experience.
