Growing up It was hardly a lot of people pointing you into the direction of how to really know who you are underneath all the programs. Schools are the first place I think should be speaking more on the importance of valuing yourself and then allowing yourself to value others. Children pick up on things they see, hear, and sometimes feel. We show them that we're valuing ourselves, treating ourselves with love and compassion then as they grow older they will follow and do the same thing. A whole change.
