Zane Smith is the executive director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Kern County, a position he has held for more than two decades. A transplant to the Bakersfield area, Zane shares his experience moving to Bakersfield and how an artsy college kid found his life's calling doing whatever it takes so that every child is able to reach their full potential.
