Working in education is the single greatest privilege of all time. Not convinced? Me neither. At least, not yet. Today I point out something that's been bothering me for a while. The fact that despite knowing deep down that working in education is absolutely incredible, many of us don't feel that way. Why? Because as of right now we aren't treated that way. This episode marks the start of many more conversations on the subject of making the field of education better than it has ever been.
