Furthermore, the Attorney General is instructed to address violations of state or local laws concerning flag desecration by referring them to the appropriate authorities. Additionally, the Executive Order calls for action against foreign nationals involved in flag desecration, enabling denial or revocation of visas, residence permits, and other immigration benefits, as well as pursuing their removal from the United States when justified.
