What does it mean to be human? To Err and be loved in all the aspects that are you. It means you get to make mistakes. It means getting to have good intentions that don’t always turn out the way you hope. It means having the opportunity to create healing.

We have all had experiences that shape, transform and evolve us. Some are wonderful and others quite the opposite. Through greater awareness, conscious conversation and sharing knowledge it is my hope to invite you along in my own journey that you might feel heard, seen and held. This podcast was created from that desire to provide a sacred space for your deepest healing.
