They swapped their chemical engineering degrees to start a social enterprise. Steve Paolasini and Husam Al-rameeni are two of the funniest founders I've had the opportunity to interview.  They weren't afraid to get real about the people who challenged them and supported them on their mission.  They shared their strategy on getting resourceful when they had little cash-flow.
