Welcome back to We Have No FN Idea! 🎙️ Episode 4 is here: “Podcast Sold Separately.” This episode is packed with gaming news, industry nonsense, questionable pricing, and more moments where we ask: what the hell is going on?
We talk about software decompilation and what it can mean for preserving games, before getting into the ridiculous God of War Luffy statue that costs $150… and does not even include the game.
We also discuss the end of the Legacy Games Launcher and whether GOG could be next. The difference is that Legacy did not have the massive, established library that GOG has built over the years—so GOG is safe, at least for now. Plus, we talk about the game OSTs that you can actually jam out to.
Elsewhere, we get into Debra Wilson’s comments about characters modeled after her, Steam’s achievement updates, and whether HolySwords might be making a switch. We also talk about The Wolf Among Us remaster offering existing owners only 50% off—because apparently owning the original still means paying again.
Then there is BioWare shutting down—who could have possibly foreseen that?!—along with Microsoft’s potential pay-as-you-go direction and how we feel about it.
Finally, we talk about Sony moving away from physical media, the insanity of physical games needing updates to fully work, and whether this is the final straw for game ownership.
Expect opinions, disbelief, laughs, and more moments where… we have no FN idea what we’re talking about.

Welcome back to We Have No FN Idea! 🎙️ Episode 3 is here: “Aww Shiiit, Here We Go Again.” This time, we’re jumping into the games, shows, movies, hot takes, and absolutely chaotic conversations we can’t stop talking about.
We talk Resident Evil, then head into RuneScape: Wilds and The Treason with HolySword. We also revisit mythical achievements on Xbox—because apparently, we were right—and discuss the 100% complete PS5 jailbreak.
The movie side gets just as wild with our hype for the Street Fighter movie, including the all-important conversation around Chun-Li’s thighs. We also get into Kidnap Simulator and its AI dialogue, along with the larger conversation about AI dialogue becoming part of games and what that could mean moving forward. And of course, Gears of War: E-Day has us saying, “here we go again.”
We also talk about SNL seemingly implying that playing an Ocarina of Time remake makes you gay, plus GOG and Steam sales and whether you managed to pick up everything you wanted. Then we get into the new Avatar and why its flat-out gay direction feels like a bad fit for the series.
To round things out, we talk about what we’re currently playing and watching, GS starting a new anime—Fairy Tail—plus Aion 2, Black Clover, and everything else we’ve been keeping up with between episodes.
Expect opinions, questionable takes, laughs, and more moments where… we have no FN idea what we’re talking about.

Welcome back to We Have No FN Idea! 🎙️ In this episode, “Praise Asha,” we’re diving into some of the biggest gaming conversations, industry rumors, questionable decisions, and unforgettable moments across the world of video games.
We start with a wild comparison: Ocarina of Time vs. GTA 6. Can one of gaming’s most beloved classics really stand beside the most anticipated game of all time? We break down the legacy, expectations, and what makes each game matter.
We also talk about the reception to the Wolverine game, why it left some fans disappointed, and whether there is still a path forward. Then we get into the business side of gaming, including Microsoft changing its approach to layoffs, the reported future of Obsidian and Bethesda, and what it could mean if the studios merge.
Of course, we have to discuss the possibility of Halo moving to Activision and no longer being with Halo Studios. What would that mean for the franchise, its identity, and Xbox as a whole?
Elsewhere in the episode, we share some of our favorite and most memorable moments in games, discuss Kojima potentially going to Xbox, and debate whether consumers should have to pay for upgrades to games they already own.
Finally, we talk about Dead or Alive and whether the series is truly considering what its customers want with its character and clothing choices.
