Drink of the Show: 

Classic Mojito 

- 1oz  Lime Juice 

- .5oz  Simple Syrup 

- 5-7 Fresh Mint Leaves 

- 2oz Rum 

- Top with Club Soda 

- Garnish with Fresh Mint Sprig  

- Add ingredients to a tin and muddle add ice.  Shake/Dump/Top with Ice
