Leslie and Sheri invited LoriAnn Bird to be their first special guest to their show. Leslie has known LoriAnn for years but this was Sheri's first meeting. Leslie describes LoriAnn as a leader, someone of courage, having a passion for food being medicine, a mystique and so much more! LoriAnn is an Indigenous Metis Herbalist and Educator who has recently published a book entitled, Revered Roots...Ancestral Teachings and Wisdom of Wild Edible, and Medicinal Plants. In this beautiful episode Sheri asks LoriAnn a couple key questions. How have you found clarity? How do you find the courage? What do you do for fun?
