After six years of this podcast malarkey, you know what to expect from The Buff by now. It's a good hour of headlines, emails, opinions and chatter, all about the wonderful football club that is Bolton Wanderers.

Marc Iles and Henry Hewitt do most of the talking. And this week it's an FA Cup special, with a trip to Swindon Town to come on Saturday. We take a look at all the talking points around the game and, crucially, make some predictions on how the game will go at the County Ground.
