Week 2 of our series We Live... We walk through Paul's first letter to the Thessalonians in this series.
This Week: 1 Thessalonians 2
Discussion Questions:
What does it look like for us to preach a gospel not just when it is easy or convenient but when there is conflict as well?
Is our ministry characterized by deep affection for people around us?
Does our affection for people compel us to feed them God's gospel and to share our lives with them openly and with love?
Are we using our words (both publicly and privately) to encourage people to live in a way that is worthy of the God who called them? (Are we doing this with love?)
Are we living amongst people like children who have no authority to assert?
Are we willing to lay aside a reliance on authority, or any type of domineering assertiveness, and serve people in humility?
Are we ready to live alongside people like a child does?
