We Love Hakka (Culture: 60周年六堆運動會 60th Liudui Sports Games)
六堆運動會是臺灣客家文化的重要活動之一，通常由六堆地區的客家族群共同舉辦。六堆包括前堆、後堆、左堆、右堆、中堆和先鋒堆。這些地區因為共同的語言、文化和生活方式而聯繫在一起，而60周年的六堆運動會更具特殊意義。
今年的六堆運動會於3月1日至2日兩天舉辦，有競速、搏力、鬥智、逗趣等共21項的比賽項目，除了傳統運動項目外，還有拔河、客庄遊戰、傳統博奕、六堆客家獅爭霸賽、六堆猜謎遊戲猜猜樂等趣味競賽，周邊活動則有包括客家歌舞表演、美食攤位等客家文化相關的內容。
這項運動會不僅是一場體育盛事，更是一個文化交流的平臺，吸引了來自各地的遊客和客家鄉親參與，促進客家族群的團結與交流，同時也讓其他族群有參與客家的機會。對於參加者來說，這是一個能夠重溫傳統、聯繫情感的機會；對於遊客來說，則是一個深入了解客家文化的好時機。
此外，滑步車為近期熱門的幼兒運動類型，透過與六堆運動會結合辦理「登真小騎士」活動，讓孩子能於騎乘中增強反應速度與整體平衡能力，提升親子交流，並藉此落實全民運動的目的。
最後，60周年的六堆運動會象徵著歷史的延續與未來的展望。它不僅是對過去60年成就的肯定，也為未來的發展奠定了基礎。這樣的活動能激勵年輕一代認識自己的文化根源，並以此為榮，繼續傳承客家精神。
The Liugdui Games is an event celebrating Taiwan’s Hakka culture, organized by Hakka people in Pingtung. This year’s games were on March first and second. The games have 21 events, including all kinds of athletic and brainy games. There are also other activities like the Hakka Lion Dance Competition and traditional gambling. The Games serve as a point of cultural exchange, attracting tourists from all over the world to participate, and give others the chance to learn about Hakka culture. The games inspire youth to engage with their roots and wear them with pride, while passing on the Hakka spirit.
