We played OSE Saturday: Are the mechanics solid? Does it have the right feel? Any quirks?
Some old adventure design stuff became glaringly apparent.
The sheer gonzo nature.
III. Building Back Better
Should we:
1.) play OSR & just remove the warts as we see them
2.) to start fresh from 3.x – removing the cumbersome rules
3.) do our own thing from scratch OR
4.) Create a cool/fun setting (Hymyr) and just play all the variants of DnD and enjoy them for what they are
