But, after 20 mins of venting about how Verizon customer service is the worst & the subsequent stories about how awful customer service is these days, (Nordstrom, American Airlines & more) we realized that this is the podcast. Everyone has spent WAY too much time with a customer service rep who DGAF. Amirite?!
