Strong judgments and assumptions, especially those that have emotion behind them, often end up being wrong or ending up missing up valuable bits of information. For instance, when you read a news article, especially one that concerns very recent information, you may often judge, but the smart thing to do is to think twice about that judgment. Could this be wrong? Could this article be missing some important context? Asking important questions like this is critical, especially in this day-in-age, because so many around you will not and do not do the same. And so because of this, you must be extra careful of what those people say. This, if you would attempt to do this more often would make you very intelligent, and able to not be coned nearly as often.
