Too often, when a sex worker needs help with something, they don’t get the right help (if they even get help at all). Something a lot of us worry about is that we won’t be understood or taken seriously by therapists, coaches, doctors, realtors, lawyers, etc.  We need support from people who really *get* us; we need service providers from within our own community.
