I discuss Richard Schwartz's sum greater than the parts.. in his intro he claims internal family systems is a map to enlightenment? That hubris was shocking to read. I would agree if he had said IFS was a path to self actualization... But enlightenment before learning about ourselves or how to be still? 
 Learning to be still, to meditate, to contemplate, to pray: takes moments to learn but a lifetime to 'master'.
