Jesus once visited the home of some friends and said to one of them, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled of many things.” Might Jesus be saying the same thing to you? So many of us are, and anxiety seems to be part of the human condition. But In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus challenged his followers not to be anxious. Is that even possible? And, if it is, why is it so important for Christ followers to be non-anxious?
