We only get one chance at life, but often so many of us forget this.
Sally Saunders’ personal and professional life weren’t making her happy, and after suffering a major health disaster, she finally took stock of the life she was living, and decided to make sure that she was getting the most out of her one chance.

Approaching 60 years of age, Sally was forced by ill-health and unhappiness to have a good hard look into her life, what it was, and how she wanted her remaining years to be.
She made some very tough decisions which saw her literally taking a leap of faith that held all I knew to be safe and secure, family, home, work and friends. She has since had adventures around the world that has tested her physically, mentally and spiritually… the learnings have changed her present and had a huge impact on her future.
Sally’s belief is that we are only given one shot at this life and if we are not living in a way that allows us to live in joy & happiness, then we must find the courage to make the changes needed, as difficult as some of them may be.
