 We kick off this season of the Native & the Transplant with returning guest Matt Shoup. We dive into his new book about being raw, real, and vulnerable in business and in life, with Painted Baby. 

 We had Matt on last year to talk about his new leadership program, The gentle art of Leadership, and during that episode he alluded to this book coming out. Now it is officially coming out on January 31st, and he is once again in studio to talk about how opening up about his worst day in business changed his business and his outlook on life. A journey that started back in 2008 when his company actually painted a baby, to today where he is using that experience to transform peoples outlook on life and business.
