Just as God's work prospered under the prophesying of Haggai to the oppressed Jews, God's people today will prosper under preaching that aims to instill courage. We evermore need to be encouraged in the Lord to seek God, get a clean heart and be filled with His Spirit to fight for His kingdom. We need to be encouraged (literally to instill courage) in the Lord and not resign to fatalism!
