*** As we discuss the law, there a mentions of sacrifices. Sacrifices are not meant to be a beautiful sight, but are intended to cover the penalty of sin and to bring restoration in the relationship of God and mankind. While it is heavy, the beautiful part of all of this is that God desires to dwell with us and has made a way for us to be with Him. Today, that hope is in Jesus Christ who was the ultimate and final sacrifice on the cross.
