"We Service Milkmen"

Listen Later

Recorded July 2nd, 2025 – It's our Fourth of July blowout episode and we're celebrating the only way we know how: debating grilled meats, bucket foods, and UFOs.

We kick things off by honoring the number 47—yes, that elite jersey number worn by none other than Blues defenseman Torey Krug. Then we light the sparkler on a list of National Days including “Made in the USA Day” (cue bald eagle screech) and “World UFO Day” (because nothing says freedom like government denial).

Somewhere along the way we realize we're now closer to 2050 than to the year 2000 and have a brief existential crisis… followed immediately by asking, “What foods are actually acceptable to eat out of a bucket?” (Spoiler: Mashed potatoes? Yes. Egg salad? Absolutely not.)

This week's Mount Rushmore is a red, white, and blue masterpiece—our essential 4th of July things. Fireworks, grilling, questionable tank tops? You already know.

We also ask the important questions: Has the line for tolerating bad customer service been moved so far we're now tipping robots for breathing near us?

And finally, in our “Am I the A-Hole?” segment, we flip the script with a “Would I Be the A-Hole If…” scenario that has us all nervously checking our moral compasses… or lack thereof.

Thanks for listening! Stay safe this holiday and remember: never trust a firework that comes with “some assembly required.”
