IT'S BLACK HISTORY MONTH! While I prepared for this with the intention of getting it up BEFORE February, it actually works so well that this is coming out at the top of the month! This episode takes you through some of the most notable examples of medical racism in American history, specifically pertaining to the black community. I was inspired by a TikTok from Dr. Darien (linked down below), and wanted to take this opportunity to speak more on my studies and thesis I was starting to pursue while I was still in grad school. Below I have all the sources for the episode! For some relevant pictures, check out the shows' instagram: @whynotwithjade! I hope you enjoy.
