We Sold The Gym! Meet The New Owners

If you've been following our journey for the past 7 years, we've gone through many highs and many, many lows! But that's just the never ending roller coaster of life, and the life of an entrepreneur right??!! 

Corian and I reflect on the past 7 years on what ultimately lead us to this decision. The bottom line; the time is right. 

As we end the chapter on this part of our life, we introduce you to the new owners, Frank & Nora and share their story of fitness with you all. 

Although change is difficult, we are excited for the next chapter of our life! And, we hope you all continue to follow us on this journey, as we embark on the evolution of the podcast to showcase where we are going, and what we are doing next!
