The Halo Bowl II Winter Contingency is finally finished, and we raised approx. $4,030 for Gamers Outreach. That is enough to fully fund a GO Kart! We are so proud of the collective community as a whole, and quite proud of the Let’s Talk Halo Team performance in the Halo Bowl II.

The Halo Bowl is a tournament where Halo podcasts and their communities get together and play against each other to raise money for a fundraiser called Gamers Outreach.

Gamers Outreach creates “GO Karts”, which are portable gaming stations that are built with the hospital safe requirements in mind, and allow for kids that are ill and stuck in hospitals for long periods of time. These GO Karts allow kids to get their mind off of life’s stresses and play video games.

The participating podcasts include Bad Halo Podcast, Delta Halo Podcast, Drunken Halo Podcast, Let’s Talk Halo, Podcast Evolved, and Podtacular.
