This week, we’re having a conversation about hip hop. Now, we couldn’t have this conversation without inviting @12Kyle of the 12Kylepodcast into the studio, so that’s exactly what we did. We attempted to take into account that not everyone has the same background in hip hop knowledge or music in general. It’s not everyone’s thing, we get it. But, admittedly, it’s hard. What ended up happening was a conversation that spanned topics from cultural appropriation to whether or not hip hop will even be around in 50 years and we let the conversation go where it wanted to and let the chips fall where they may (as usual).
