Content creating and social media needed to go. It was honestly so refreshing. In this episode I talk about the postpartum wall that led me to taking a sabbatical in order to figure out who Vashti is outside of being a wife and mom. Yes ladies! You have an identity outside of those titles. As beautiful as those titles are I didn't want to lose me and I encourage you to not lose you too. God designed us with a unique purpose and sometimes that can be lost in the hustle and bustle of seasons changing. I challenge you to go back to the basics. Go back to the author of your life.
