Rochelle Marie had a twelve-year gap in her employment after raising her children. She founded Her Leadership Way in her efforts to help women that have taken time out of their life to raise their children and ultimately return to work and move into their role to make a difference in the workplace and not suffer at the hands of managers.
All too often, women employees that had a gap in their employment don't receive the promotions they deserve, nor the leadership roles they so richly deserve as a result of working hard for the organizations that employ them.
