It is highly inappropriate for a town supervisor to use her political platform during town board meetings to attack a political opponent. These meetings are intended for public service and community matters, not personal or partisan agendas. No one should use their position to engage in mudslinging; such behavior is both unethical and unprofessional. Elected officials are expected to uphold standards of integrity, fairness, and respect for the democratic process.
