Hello, I'm currently in the book of Proverbs (which may be known to others as book of Wisdom); I have written down chapter 3:4 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart: 3:4 So shalt thou find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man. This to me while reading talks about characteristics, walking in integrity, showing mercy, and being honest; I believe this is a couple of the characteristics as believers of Christ Jesus we should be displaying while living in the world. We are ambassadors, the representation of the Lord Jesus Christ. Furthermore, I have written Proverbs 3:21 My son, let not them depart from thine eyes: keep sound wisdom and discretion: 3:22 So Shall they be life unto thy soul, and grace to thy neck. 3:23 Then shalt thou walk in thy way safely, and thy foot shall not stumble. With Proverbs 3:21-23 from reading this chapter we as believers do not have to display everything about ourselves like a open book we need to ask God for Wisdom when should we share things about ourselves, there will be a season and time when God will allow you to share your life accomplishments or challenges that will inspire, encourage, motivate, and even help someone; but we need to use Wisdom and use Discretion. God bless you and stay encourage on this journey of intimacy and getting closer to the Lord.
