So much of our communication is based online these days. And these interactions can be difficult to navigate, but equally, especially during the pandemic when we’re all being just a little more cautious and a little less social, our reliance on technology for interaction can mean that our face-to-face communication skills can drop a little. Body language and social cues reading can be skills that reduce during isolation and snap lockdowns. With this in mind, here are three of my top tips for clear, positive, and productive communication.
