Wearable technology is already helping people with mental health issues. Here are a few ways it's done so far:
1. Wearables can monitor an individual's heart rate and blood pressure, which can be key indicators for anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
2. They can also track sleep patterns in order to determine whether someone is getting enough rest or not. This is especially helpful for people who suffer from insomnia or other sleep issues.
3. Wearables can also be used to keep track of the number of steps a person takes each day, which is another indicator of their overall health—and can be useful in detecting problems like diabetes or cardiovascular disease at an early stage before they cause any damage.
Wearable technology is a great way to help with mental health issues. It can be used to monitor your mood and provide you with support when you're feeling down.
