It's official! We are back! It's We Are Not Your Therapist 2.0, our newly refreshed podcast talking about all things mental health. In light of the Coronavirus epidemic being in full swing, we felt it was necessary to contribute to the conversation and provide resources for everyone as we get through this very uncertain and scary time. In this episode, we discuss how you can protect your mental health and be up to date on the progression of the epidemic. It feels great to be back and we can wait for you to take a little time and enjoy the podcast.
