Is anyone else tired?  Seems like the world values people who are busy all the time. Or maybe we keep ourselves busy so we stay distracted from what is going on around us and within us? Jesus took time to step away and pray by himself. Jesus napped on the boat in a storm. We too need rest. We too need time away from the crush of schedules. Take a moment this week to pray, to breathe, to be with yourself and with God.
