You can be physically fit or mentally fit but this week we are REF FIT with our guest, NWA Referee Jarrod Fritz.  Being trained by some great wrestlers got Jarrod in shape to make his in ring debut as a wrestler and then transitioned into being one of the best referees today in wrestling.  Brian and Jarrod met young into Jarrod’s career and quickly became a mentor for Jarrod.  Working the right way in the ring is crucial for a referee and Jarrod goes above and beyond to make sure his work is the best that it can be.  Ref Fit isn’t just a tag line its a way of life!!!
