Most of this year's Arrow of Light Scouts didn't get the bridge-crossing send-off that they deserved.  Just like that their Cub days were over and they were either thrust into a virtual Troop of unfamiliar faces or, worse, had no welcome into a Troop at all.  What can your Troop do to make sure you properly on-board your new Scouts and keep their interest in the program?
