A 38-year-old was arrested after he attacked another man outside of the Starbucks at Herndon and Marks last night. The victim required emergency surgery and the suspect was arrested soon after the fight that instigated the attack. Gas prices are at a 7-year high in the United States despite a reduction in the cost of refined fuel and a rise in industry profits.
