A look at holiday traffic. Just in time for the holidays, Yelp is launching a local option in partnership with 20 area businesses to offer check-in perks around Fresno. As aggressive mobs continue to target retailers, law enforcement blames organized crime rings that are recruiting young people with up to $1000 each and providing tools and escape routes in return for stolen items they'll sell online.
