Police in Kenosha were looking early Wednesday for a man armed with a long gun after two persons were killed and one other was injured during protests over the shooting of Jacob Blake. And, the Governor of Texas has declared a state of disaster as Hurricane Laura gets stronger as it takes aim for the Texas- Louisiana border. Evacuations have already begun.
