Here is a walk in Chicago with some original music for this #wednedsdaywalk by @tattoodjay

I was busy playing my Akai MPK mini keyboard on the train to work and had just finished a simple synthwavy song. Then I realized I also had my Insta 360 camera in my backpack from a prior site survey the week before. So I decided to take it out on a walk with me to be the visual for the music.

The Insta 360 films in all directions and you can later choose keyframes to focus on so it is very useful for surveying building interiors and you can even pull measurements if you import the photos into Matterport.

I decided to walk past some of the older buildings in Chicago instead of straight to work. Some of the places I passed by were Ogilvey Transportation Center, Chicago Union Station and the Old Post Office. Towards the end I also pass by the tallest building in Chicago, the Willis Tower. It used to be called the Sears Tower but now that Sears has gone the way of the dinosaur some English guy bought the building and named it after himself.

I also have a huge extension rod for the camera that goes to 10' but it would be a bit weird walking around Chicago with one of those things lol. It would appear like a drone is flying above my head videoing. Who knows maybe I'll test it super early in the morning when no one can witness the weirdness.
